説明
アルコール飲料の関税率表の所属及び酒税の税率区分の決定上の基礎となるアルコール分、ガス圧及びエキス分について、輸入申告の際、指定された外国検査機関の実施した分析値を表示する証明書（以下「証明書」という。）が提出された場合には、原則として分析を省略して差し支えない。
なお、その具体的取扱いは次による。
１．検査機関の指定等
（１）輸出国又は州の政府から送付された、当該政府直轄の検査機関のリスト、又は当該政府が認定した検査機関のリスト及び同認定基準・手続等に基づき、関税局業務課が指定した検査機関とする。なお、事後的なサンプルの分析によって、当該分析値と提出された証明書の分析値が相違する等、当該証明書の信頼性に疑義が生じたときは、関税局業務課へその旨連絡するものとする。この場合、当該機関の指定を解除することもありうる。
（２）指定した検査機関は、別途税関あて通知する（実施日を含む。）。
なお、現時点における指定検査機関は別紙の通り。
２．分析項目
（１）アルコール分（温度20度におけるアルコール容量分）
（２）ガス圧（温度20度における密閉容器内の炭酸ガスのゲージ圧力）
（３）エキス分（温度15度における原容量100立方センチメートル中に含有する不揮発性成分のグラム数）
３．対象物品
関税定率法別表第22.03項から第22.08項までに属する物品
